Marketplace use
Users must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the marketplace lawfully. SteelRoots may suspend accounts, reject listings, cancel transactions, or remove content when needed for safety, fraud prevention, inventory errors, policy violations, or legal compliance.
Inventory and orders
Liquidation inventory can change quickly. Product availability, quantities, photographs, condition descriptions, shipping eligibility, pickup timing, and pricing are subject to confirmation. An order may be canceled and refunded if an item is unavailable or materially mislisted.
Auctions
A bid is an offer to purchase. The highest qualifying bid at closing may create a payment obligation, subject to reserve price, fraud review, listing accuracy, and applicable law. Bid manipulation, shill bidding, interference, or use of unauthorized accounts is prohibited.
Third-party sellers
Approved sellers are responsible for their listings, descriptions, ownership, condition, fulfillment, returns, and legal compliance. SteelRoots may moderate listings and collect commissions. Marketplace involvement does not automatically make SteelRoots the manufacturer or original seller of third-party goods.
Payments and refunds
Card payments may be processed by Stripe. Refund eligibility depends on listing terms, condition, fulfillment status, seller policy, payment-provider rules, and applicable law. Chargeback abuse and fraudulent payment activity are prohibited.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the site and app are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. SteelRoots is not responsible for losses caused by outages, device problems, third-party services, user misconduct, or content outside SteelRoots control.
